Cafe’ BMW R75/5

This  cafe BMW R75/5 was a fun project. We rebuilt the wheels with new stainless steel spokes and bearings after blasting the hubs and polishing the rims. We did a complete top end rebuild replacing all parts including the valve guides, polish porting and 3 angle cut on the valve seats. We finished by ultrasonically cleaning the carbs, replacing worn parts, adjusting fuel mixtures, and synchronizing the carbs.
