Partial list of work performed: blueprinted engine, including complete top end rebuild and larger bore with oversized pistons; rebuilt and restored carburetors, final drive, gearbox, engine, wheels (spokes and hubs); all new electrics including an upgrade to a performance Dynamo system with dual-plugged engine; carbs tuned to Hoske mufflers; every part was media blasted and coated; all chassis parts were stripped and powder coated: aluminum levers, shifters, and arms were filled, sanded and polished to remove casting marks and give an antique look; tank and fenders were stripped to bare metal, painted, and hand pin-striped; all fasteners were upgraded to stainless steel; modified aesthetics for an earlier look, including headlight mirrors, bar-end signals, removal of stock stalks, pre-’60s seat; rebuilt and modified suspension using tuned Racetech Gold Valves with springs; and rear suspension includes 3-way adjustable Racetech shocks, to complement the front.
